Our process is based on a methodical, collaborative and tried and tested search process. Our search strategy has been developed from an American model over the last 20 years.

Every search starts with an in depth briefing from our clients and pro-active, comprehensive research carried out by our research team. This is then shared and worked on openly and collaboratively with our clients. Knowing how to interpret a brief comes with experience, which is why we feel it is essential that each member of our research team has had a professional career in different professions before coming to us. This makes them far better at identifying fantastic talent that is also the right fit for our clients culture and the demands of the role.

Our team are essentially great at the "People Business". Our tailored approach ensures that we follow the client agreed brief and most importantly ensures that we find the right people for our clients' businesses. We do not work from (or have) a database. To engage relevant and brilliant people we have to look beyond the available and disenfranchised!
