All positions we work on are absolutely business critical for our clients, so all potential candidates are approached by us, no-one is "off limits". Utilising a number of search facilities we ensure that we approach the best people within the sector and beyond when required.

We are used to doing this inside and outside sector so can advise our clients from a position of experience, as well as carrying out that work with urgency and efficiency.

Every search is handled by a Partner from beginning to end. The Partner you meet at the first meeting will manage the search and the ESP team involved. They will interact with every candidate to ensure first-hand knowledge of every individual that reaches the short list.

We make no assumptions. We listen and consult and sometimes challenge to ensure that we totally understand the brief and to ensure our client achieve the successful outcomes they require. Our approach is tailored to each specific search and we stick to the brief, no surprises.

All the work we do for our clients is available solely to them. Target companies and all candidates (subject to our GDPR policy) is information we are happy to share. Our aim is to give our clients a competitive advantage as they drive their businesses forward.

All the work and information gained in the process of sourcing candidates or mapping a sector is there to assist our clients in planning for the future.

We work on a FIXED fee. This based on a % of the agreed salary expectation, with a minimum level that we are happy to discuss with you. This allows us to provide unbiased advice on who is the best candidate without our fees being a consideration!

HR likes it because it means there is no pressures by us or your hiring executives to drive a culture of increasing salaries.

Finance likes it too because recruitment budgets are controlled with no surprises.

Our terms reflect our confidence in our offering of a superior service and results.

The industry standard is to replace a candidate free of charge 30 days after the start day. We are happy to offer 120 days from the start date and as our relationship develops will discuss extending this offer.
